Refund Policy

Initial Payment Refund

If you choose to cancel your project after the initial payment, you are entitled to a full refund of the initial payment.

Midpoint Payment Refund

After work has commenced and up to the midpoint of the project, if you are dissatisfied with the progress or quality of work, you are eligible for a full refund of all payments made.

Final Payment Refund

Upon completion and delivery of the project, if you are not satisfied with the final result, you may request a refund. In this case, you are eligible to receive a refund of 30% of all amounts paid to Connect and Digitize within 15 days.

Adjustment Period

After the final delivery, you have the option to request adjustments to the project within 15 days. We will strive to address any concerns and make necessary revisions to meet your expectations.
